Clinthead Cottage is a former farmhouse set in a courtyard location, with all principal rooms enjoying panoramic views over the Castle Carrock Fells.

The ground floor accomodation comprises of a cloakroom with WC, a large well equipped dining kitchen, a comfortable sitting room with woodburning stove, and a separate dining room.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. There is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a further bedroom with bunkbeds and a single bed. There is a family bathroom with a power shower over the bath.

If further sleeping space is required there is a sofa bed with pull out occassional bed on the landing.

Outside there is a large south facing lawned garden backing on to open fields, and ample space for parking and storage for bikes. Pets may be allowed with prior arrangement.

The living acommondation has been rated as 4 star by Visit Britain.

Prices between £350 and £780 per week depending upon season. Short breaks may be possible, subject to availability and a minimum two night stay.

Preferred changeover day is Friday.
